Your HR partner for every stage of growth

Engagements

Building

For companies laying the HR foundation for the first time.

You're growing fast and making it up as you go. No handbook, no consistent hiring process, compensation decisions made on the fly. We come in and build the people infrastructure your company needs to scale without the chaos: policies, processes, compliance, and the strategic framework to hold it all together.

Leveling Up

For companies ready to take their people strategy to the next level.

You've got the basics in place, but your HR function isn't keeping pace with where the business is headed. You need more sophisticated talent strategies, stronger performance frameworks, and a compensation structure that can compete. We help you move from reactive HR to a proactive people strategy that actually drives business outcomes.

Maintaining

For companies that need consistent, ongoing strategic HR support.

You don't need a full-time HR leader, but you do need someone in your corner on a regular basis. We serve as your fractional HR partner, handling the day-to-day strategic questions, keeping you compliant, supporting your managers, and making sure your people operations don't fall apart between growth spurts.

Meet Collaboral

Hi, I’m Erin Nesbitt. I've spent 15+ years as an HR Business Partner at companies like Hulu, Vice Media, and Volta, navigating everything from hypergrowth to a major acquisition. I'm good at this work, and I genuinely love it. But somewhere along the way, I noticed the same gap showing up everywhere: ambitious, fast-moving companies making critical people decisions without any real HR support in their corner.

That's why I started Collaboral Consulting. Not every company needs a full-time HR hire, but every company needs good HR. I built Collaboral to give growing teams access to the kind of strategic, roll-up-your-sleeves partnership that actually moves the needle, without the overhead of a full-time hire. If you're building something and your people infrastructure is trying to catch up, that's exactly where I do my best work.
